Milwaukee Tool has introduced two updates to its accessory and power supply lineup aimed at improving jobsite efficiency: a new compact M18 TOP-OFF Charger & Power Supply and an expanded range of STEELHEAD Diamond Blades with the addition of a 9-inch metal cutting option.
Compact M18 Charger and Power Supply
The newest addition to Milwaukee’s TOP-OFF lineup, the M18 Charger & Power Supply, is the company’s most compact M18 charger to date — up to 65% smaller than traditional models. Built for portability, the device offers simultaneous charging of M18 batteries and USB-compatible devices.
Key features include:
- A 100W bi-directional USB-C PD port
- A 15W USB-C port
- 115W of continuous power output
- Compatibility with all M18 batteries
The unit comes with a 65W USB-C wall adapter and a 3-foot 100W USB-C PD cable. A 6-foot cable and 120W adapter, set to release in December 2025, will support up to 30% faster M18 battery charging.
STEELHEAD Diamond Blade Line Update
Milwaukee is also expanding its STEELHEAD metal cutting blade lineup with a new 9-inch diamond blade. This addition complements the existing range of 4-½" to 14" blades designed for cutting metal and stainless steel materials.
These blades feature a solid steel core for maintaining diameter and reducing debris, and are built to deliver extended cutting life. According to Milwaukee, the 9” blade is capable of:
- 375+ cuts in rebar
- 250+ cuts in strut
- 500+ cuts in steel studs
The blade's diamond construction offers significantly longer life compared to standard bonded abrasives, especially in demanding metal applications.
Together, these new products reflect Milwaukee’s continued focus on streamlining workflows and extending tool lifespans across demanding jobsite conditions.
