American Rental Association
Registration for The ARA Show 2026 has officially opened for rental store attendees, exhibitor booth personnel, and Independent Manufacturer Representatives (IMRs). Incentive pricing for rental store attendees will be in effect through Nov. 11, offering the lowest price on registration and event tickets.
The ARA Show is scheduled for February 28 to March 4, located in Orlando at the Orange County Convention Center, North-South Building.
As reported by the ARA, the show offers Full Registration and Exhibits Only Registration for attendees to access everything they’re looking for at the show.
The Schedule
- February 28 - EventsU education, networking workshop for event rental professionals
- March 1 - full day of education
- March 2 to 4 - tradeshow
