The construction industry as we know it today is wide open with opportunities for women. The industry as a whole has one of the lowest gender pay gaps  in the United States, with women in construction earning 95% of what their male counterparts earn. So what can we do to tap into this largely untargeted resource to attract this pool of workers to our labor-strapped industry?
