CSP Consultants Group reports steady project activity through 2025, with 77 projects completed so far this year and 33 more underway. Several of the active projects rank among the largest in the company’s portfolio.

The firm has posted compound annual growth of 40% to 50% since 2016, driven by a model that combines design, procurement, installation and project management. After eight years of rapid expansion, CSP expects to grow about 20% in 2025 as it scales operations and broadens its national reach. Based on current backlog, the company forecasts a 55% year-over-year increase in 2026.

CEO Josh Vickery said organizations are rethinking how their spaces function, focusing on collaboration and technology that supports hybrid work. CSP’s work increasingly centers on low-voltage systems that span cabling, security, audio-visual and wireless connectivity.

The company reports rising activity in corporate office, industrial and life sciences projects. Office markets show early signs of stabilization, while multifamily development continues shifting toward secondary and rural markets. Industrial facilities are upgrading to meet new logistics and manufacturing requirements.

Across sectors, demand is growing for integrated, scalable low-voltage systems. CSP has supported more than 600 projects for 300 clients across roughly 50 million square feet of space.

Looking ahead to 2026, company leaders point to several market trends: improving labor stability, moderate price increases for copper and security hardware, and continued movement toward AI-enabled security and simplified AV systems. Office and industrial markets are expected to see the strongest near-term growth.
