Zhuoda Group, based in Central China, claims to have found a way to build 3D printed homes that can be assembled in under three hours. The company built a two-story show villa from pre-construction components printed in a factory and then assembled on site.

While most 3D printed technology uses a cement base, Zhuoda is keeping its building material a secret.

In addition to the quick construction time, Zhouda also claims the buildings will last at least 150 years and withstand high magnitude earthquakes.
