Concrete Cares will once again be returning to World of Concrete in 2018 to continue the fight against cancer.
For the third year in a row we have teamed up with the Candlelighters Childhood Foundation of Nevada www.candlelightersnv.org as we raise money for local children and their families who are dealing with cancer. Over the last two years, Concrete Cares raised a combined $47,000.00 at the World of Concrete, with 100% of the money going toward cancer victims and their families. In 2018, we have a goal of raising $50,000.00 at the show, and we need your help to reach that goal.
Concrete Cares is asking for your support by becoming a sponsor. There are two ways to become a sponsor and support Concrete Cares and the children fighting cancer.
- Product Donations: Any product used in, on, or around a decorative concrete project is welcome. Product donations will be sold at silent auction or raffled during the show.
- Cash Donations: Cash donations will be used to purchase Concrete Cares logo wear that will be sold during the show. We are introducing updated shirts that include the Candlelighters logo. Any remaining cash donations will be donated directly to the Candlelighters.
All donations are tax deductible, and 100% of the proceeds from the sale of items go directly to Candlelighters Childhood Foundation of Nevada. As a sponsor, your name or company name and logo are prominently displayed on the Concrete Cares World of Concrete 2018 banner. The banner will be in the booth the week of the show, and everyone making a donation or purchasing a T-Shirt is asked to sign their name. At the end of the show, the signed banner and all the donations are presented to the Candlelighters.
Together we have made great strides, but there is so much more to do. Please consider joining us as we fight cancer “1 yard at a time.”
