At the World of Concrete exposition in Las Vegas, Husqvarna revealed the Prime product range of electric cutting equipment. It utilizes high frequency current and digital processing to increase efficiency while a modular concept allows one power pack to power all the tools. Electronic components are therefore separated from vibrating tools. The intelligent system ensures optimal power and rpm for each cutting job. The power source is plug and play - automatically recognizing the various tools. An outstanding power to weight ratio provides equivalent power to hydraulic equipment. The Husqvarna PP 65 power pack weighs only 22 lbs. even though output is 8.7/4.7 hp, equivalent to a small hydraulic power unit. Tools include a power cutting, drill, ring saw and wall cutter.
