SimplySend is designed specifically for contractors to help them create, send and manage estimates, proposals, invoices, payments and customers. A computer web app is also available for access and managing from a desktop computer. SimplySend was created by the same developer of FieldPulse, and serves as a free complimentary app to FieldPulse’s more robust field service platform.

When creating an estimate, contractors can pull from commonly used line items, use bundled items/services, retrieve standard pricing and create a detailed estimate in just minutes. When sending digital estimates and invoices, all documents can be customized to include additional PDFs, attach contracts and capture digital signatures.

Contractors can add photos and files for collecting before/after photos, storing contracts, documenting jobsites and more. And with digital signatures, SimplySend users can collect signatures in the field or by email. Built-in payments also allows users to accept credit cards on-site and online.

The Invoice Item Repository gives contractors a place to store item details, specifications and prices to quickly create new estimates and invoices. Users can store their most common invoice items in the repository then use them to create new invoices.

SimplySend users have the option to upgrade to FieldPulse field service software for more feature options without losing data from SimplySend.
