Document Crunch, a Trimble company, has launched an updated AI-powered platform designed to help construction teams identify and manage risk across entire projects rather than individual documents.

The platform combines three components aimed at detecting risk, supporting decision-making and improving visibility throughout the project lifecycle.

According to the company, its CrunchAI technology analyzes contracts, specifications, addenda and other project documents to identify potential risks and provide source citations. A new agentic AI layer, called Project Assist, can review multiple project documents simultaneously, answer questions, identify scope gaps and help generate documents such as RFIs, notices and submittals.

The platform also includes workflow and project management tools intended to help teams maintain consistency, track contractual obligations and share institutional knowledge across projects.

Document Crunch said its technology has been used on more than 10,000 projects and supports customers across more than $350 billion in annual construction volume.
