RB Global, a global marketplace for insights, services and transaction solutions for commercial assets and vehicles, has announced that its subsidiary SmartEquip has released an update to its digital parts commerce product. The new SmartEquip e-Commerce Store 2.0 platform can help dealers, fleet owners and authorized distributors set up a branded, digital parts shop.
Those businesses can then manage their inventory, product support, sales and customers in one self-serve platform.
This development in parts commerce features an overhaul of the previous user experience, while also incorporating an intuitive and dynamic admin portal – all backed by SmartEquip's catalog network. For businesses, this means providing access to relevant equipment details, including parts diagrams, during their shopping experience.

- Smart-cart Technology: Shopping cart technology offers automated supersession management, quoting, pricing and availability.
- Data Connector: Users already on the SmartEquip Network can extend their current connection to brands on the Network bringing pricing and inventory data directly to their customers.
