OpenSpace Launches Field-First Task Management Tool With AI Integration

OpenSpace has announced the general availability of OpenSpace Field, a mobile solution designed to help jobsite teams create and manage tasks, punch list items and issues in real time.

Built for smartphones, OpenSpace Field uses spatial AI to connect field-captured images directly to project workflows. The platform integrates with Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud, allowing two-way syncing of issues and eliminating duplicate data entry.

Key features include AI-powered autolocation to tag issue locations without manual input, voice-enabled note capture and an image library with construction-specific search. The tool became available as part of OpenSpace’s Core and Enterprise offerings on Feb. 3, 2026.
