The Ziplevel Pro-2000 High Precision Altimeter is a precise pressurized hydrostatic altimeter that can replace laser levels on job sites. One person working alone can set up in minutes to level and read elevations accurate to within 0.050 in. over any distance or elevation on earth without math, line-of-sight, distance error or factory calibration.

Technidea's altimeter reads elevations in clear digits. Rather than use the atmosphere to measure elevation like an aircraft altimeter,. Instead, Ziplevel measures the weight of a pressurized liquid sealed within its cord relative to a reference cell in the hub of its reel. This makes Ziplevel 10,000 times as precise as an aircraft altimeter and immune from both barometric pressure and altitude changes.

A press of the Measurement Module Zero key anywhere within the 40-in. vertical set up range sets an infinite size level benchmark plane.

Elevations are displayed in the desired scale with positive digits above and negative below the benchmark; achieve up to 0.005-in., paper-thin precision without math or line-of-sight. Technidea says Ziplevel is immune from tilted level plane problems, so there is no need for factory calibration and no error with distance. It will measure over a 200-ft. circle and 40 ft. vertically on one setup with 0.050 internal precision. The Carry Function allows a user to measure over any distance or elevation on Earth, from paper thin to the height of a mountain, without error-inducing tabulation or math.

  • No more math, rods or tripods
  • No line-of-sight or error with distance
  • Sets up in minutes for true one-person operation
  • Operates for up to 1 year on a single 9-Volt battery
  • Never needs factory calibration
