The Genie Lift Tools Integrated Access Deck is a productivity-focused accessory for Genie GS-1932m and GS-1432m micro scissor lifts that gives operators additional reach for overhead work while surrounding them with a fully enclosed 360-degree protective rail. It was developed for jobs where contractors need to safely and efficiently access hard-to-reach areas without over-reaching from the platform or turning to ladders or other less productive access methods.
This product is especially relevant for contractor applications in data centers, commercial interiors and facilities environments where trades such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and maintenance often need to work in tight overhead spaces.
Micro scissor lifts are a safer alternative to ladders and a more productive alternative to vertical mast lifts, and the Integrated Access Deck builds on that advantage by giving crews added height for task access while preserving platform mobility and compact jobsite fit. The Integrated Access Deck provides an additional 19.7 in./50 cm of height. The contractor benefit is clear: Crews can reach more overhead tasks from a compact machine platform designed for indoor work.
When in use, the Integrated Access Deck can be easily and quickly folded away to provide additional room in the platform.
The product is a result of direct customer input seeking the 360-degree protective “halo” rail. That makes this more than an incremental accessory — it is a contractor-oriented update focused on how people actually work at height in confined interior spaces. The product is currently available as a factory install in ANSI markets, and aftermarket kits are expected later this year.
