Strongco Corp., a Canadian heavy-equipment distributor with branches across the country, says it will pay $11.5 million to acquire a Volvo Construction dealership based in Maine.

Mississauga, Ontario - Strongco Corp., a Canadian heavy-equipment distributor with branches across the country, says it will pay $11.5 million to acquire a Volvo Construction dealership based in Maine.

Chadwick-BaRoss of Westbrook, ME has five branches including three in Maine and one each in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
