These criteria include the franchise’s success in recruiting and retaining current active duty military and veterans, developing and implementing programs and policies to support the unique lifestyles of active duty military that are frequently deployed, and a financial incentive in offering a discount for franchisee fees. Franchising corporations must also devote specific budget and employees specifically for military and veteran recruiting.
