
Chicago Pneumatic Power Technique (CP) held its annual manufacturer’s representative sales meeting on Feb. 17th, coinciding with The ARA Show in Anaheim, CA. During the meeting, CP honored individuals and reps that have demonstrated outstanding achievement in sales and customer care.
Winners were selected based on their performance in 2018. The three categories included CP Regional Sales Manager of the Year, Rep Group of the Year, in addition to a special award this year.
Construction Product Sales of Chicago won Rep Group of the Year.
Regional Sales Manager of the Year
Based out of LaPorte, IN, Rob Teasley was awarded Regional Sales Manager of the Year for CP. The award goes to the sales manager with the highest volume of sales on the CP team. Teasley, who has been a regional sales manager at CP for five years, is responsible for increasing market share and new business development, managing the Midwest.
Rep Group of the Year
Serving the Midwest, Construction Product Sales (CPS) of Chicago was awarded Rep Group of the Year with the highest volume of sales overall across all CP product lines. Established in 1981, CPS is one of the largest, growth-oriented agencies in the Midwest. CPS specializes in sales and service to rental yards, STAFDA, contractor’s supply, safety houses, industrial distributor and dealer networks.
Paul McClendon won the Pump Sales of the Year award.
After launching several new pumps in 2018 and putting more focus on the product, CP created a special award this year for pumps sales. The award goes to the sales manager with the highest volume of pump sales on the CP team. Paul McClendon was recognized with the award for outstanding sales performance. Based in Frisco, Texas, McClendon has been a regional sales manager at CP for 11 years, managing the south.
