Milwaukee Tool Releases MX FUEL Portable Battery Extension System

Milwaukee Tool has introduced the new MX FUEL Portable Battery Extension for construction work. The Portable Battery Extension allows the operation of any MX FUEL equipment while taking the weight of the MX FUEL battery packs out of an operator’s hands. Allowing the user to wear the battery on his or her back or place it on the ground, this new solution reduces tool weight while maintaining performance.  

The Portable Battery Extension can be worn as a backpack for transport or placed on the ground while using handheld MX FUEL equipment. Removing the weight of the MX FUEL battery pack, this new solution reduces tool weight by up to 45% on handheld equipment.

Milwaukee’s new portable battery extension maintains performance throughout an application, such as cutting open concrete trenches, walls and window openings when tethered to the MX FUEL 14-in. Cut-off Saw with RAPIDSTOP. Featuring an 8-ft. Tether Adapter that fits all MX FUEL Equipment, users have the flexibility to operate hand-held equipment from the ground, a lift, ladder or scaffolding. 

Fully compatible with all MX FUEL batteries, this solution allows operators to use MX FUEL battery packs on the jobsite.
