DICA is expanding its portfolio with the launch of a new line of ground protection and site access mats, broadening its engineered solutions for safer and more efficient jobsites. The new Ranger HD, Defender, and Titan mats deliver high-performance, cost-effective access options for a wide range of applications and will make their debut at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 in Las Vegas. The lineup includes light-, medium-, and heavy-duty mats designed to meet the varying demands of construction, crane operations, utilities, tree care, vegetation management, and concrete pumping.
The Ranger HD is a 4-by-8-foot, half-inch-thick mat designed for light-duty temporary access where easy handling and surface protection are critical. The Defender mat measures 3 by 6 feet with a one-inch thickness and features overlapping, interlocking flanges that create a more rigid surface for medium-duty applications, including concrete pump trucks, boom trucks, and rough-terrain cranes. For the most demanding jobs, Titan Access Mats offer heavy-duty ground protection with two-inch-thick mats covering 71 square feet, engineered to support high load requirements such as heavy mobile and crawler cranes.
In addition to the new access mats, DICA will showcase its award-winning and patented ground support products, including SafetyTech Outrigger Pads, FiberMax Crane Pads, LevelRight Leveling Pads, and updated WorkSafe Hole Covers. These solutions are designed to enhance safety, stability, and performance across all types of jobsites and reflect DICA’s long-standing focus on durable, engineered ground support.
