The Army Corps of Engineers has "reevaluated its decision" to award Barnard Construction Co. a contract to build more than seven miles of steel bollard fence near Yuma, AZ, following a legal challenge over how the Army Corps selected the contract winners.
The awarded contract will be terminated and the federal agency will re-open the competition for the contract.
