Comb for mechanical sweepers

• A new feature on the 3000 and 4000 mechanical sweepers. The main pick-up broom is now constantly "combed" as it rotates. This simle feature prevents light leaves and litter from being "carried over" and expelled to the roadway behind the sweeper. The 3000 and 4000 sweepers feature 5.6-cubic-yard hoppers.
