North Dakota-based Titan Machinery has strengthened its foothold in Minnesota and expanded into Wisconsin. The company officially closed a deal this week to acquire St. Joseph's Inc., a construction equipment manufacturer.
The deal includes the acquisition of four construction equipment manufacturing facilities, three of them in Minnesota and one in Wisconsin. The factory in La Crosse, WI, is Titan's first location in the state of Wisconsin.
