Hageman Will Represent Family Rental Firms in Mergers and Acquisitions

Industry veteran's new company committed to supporting closely held firms in consolidation

Fred Hageman, the former co-founder of Hageman, Stansberry and Associates, has announced the formation a new professional M&A corporation, Rental Acquisitions, based in Cameron Park, CA. The new company will focus primarily on representing closely held construction equipment rental companies.

Rental Acquisitions is not affiliated with Hageman's previous company nor is it affiliated with his former business partner, Gary Stansberry. "We had a good run and now are going in a different direction," said Hageman. "While Rental Acquisitons now will primarily focus on construction equipment rental companies, we still will represent certain high-end, select party/special event rental companies as well. We also intend to work with equipment manufacturers in some capacity."

Sheri Hageman, the daughter of long-time industry veteran Fred Unsworth, is a partner/member in Rental Acquisitions. She has been in and around the equipment rental industry her entire life and holds a degree from the University of Colorado.

"Sheri has even more years in the industry than I do, which is at 24 and counting. I met her when I worked with her dad at Amida, now a division of Terex, and she is as bright as they come. She is now back in the workforce after very successful ventures and it's a new chapter for us. We look forward to continuing working together. She was instrumental in the success of my previous firm, HS&A and already is making an impact on our new firm," said Hageman.
