Xtreme Manufacturing and Snorkel, global manufacturers of rough-terrain telehandlers and aerial work platforms, announce the appointment of Jamie Graham to the role of vice president of product support for both companies.
Reporting directly to Xtreme Manufacturing & Snorkel CEO, Matthew Elvin, this is a new role that has been created to provide direction at an executive level to both companies’ product support and spare parts functions globally.
“This role has been created as part of a larger investment program to enhance our global customer support for both of our manufacturing brands," Elvin says. "By aligning our product support direction for Xtreme and Snorkel, our customers will benefit from corporate synergies that help us to be more efficient and ensure a consistently high standard of customer service across the businesses.”
The vice president of product support will be responsible for delivering world-class after-sales support for Xtreme and Snorkel equipment, across all functions including spare parts, service, technical support, technical documentation, service bulletins, warranty policy and technical training.
Graham previously held the position of director of product support, USA, and director of operations for Snorkel, and was based in the Snorkel manufacturing facility in Elwood, KS. In his new role, Graham has relocated to Las Vegas to work from the corporate headquarters in Henderson, NV.
Prior to joining Snorkel in 2010, Graham held various customer-facing roles at Diesel Power Equipment in Omaha, NE, including 15 years as assistant sales manager. During his 20-year tenure with the company, he represented equipment and parts for multiple manufacturers of industrial engines, generators, pumps and specialty components.
Of his new appointment, Graham says, “I am excited to be able utilize my experience from my time at Snorkel in the US in my new role to drive improvements in our customer service and product support offering globally. Additionally, the opportunity to set and align operational and service standards across both Xtreme Manufacturing and Snorkel will provide significant improvements for our customer base.”
