Power generation and HVAC specialty rental company, Aggreko plc, has appointed Russell Schuster to managing director, North America. In this role, Schuster will work strategically across Aggreko North America’s business units to achieve operational goals, capitalize on market opportunities, and ensure customers experience the highest levels of performance in safety and service. He will report to Bruce Pool, president, Aggreko Rental Solutions.

Prior to his current appointment, Schuster served in multiple leadership positions within the Aggreko organization. Most recently as senior vice president of global temperature control for Aggreko Rental Solutions, and head of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) for North America where he was responsible for leading M&A initiatives and eight of the company’s key product lines. Other roles included senior vice president north business unit and other general leadership roles throughout the business. Before joining Aggreko in 2008, he worked for seven years at KPMG LLP in various business development and leadership management roles.

Schuster will be based in Aggreko’s North American headquarters, located in Houston, TX.
