The California Rental Association's 2018 Equipment and Party Rental Rally Tradeshow will be held Jan. 22-24 in Las Vegas, located once again at the South Point Casino Hotel & Convention Center, where the convention center and hotel are on the same property.
The show boasts 80,000 square feet of exhibit space, which was completely sold out in 2017 with 345 exhibitor booths.
The event will begin on Monday, Jan. 22, with educational seminars being held from 8:30 to 11:45 a.m. An equipment tour and lunch will take place from noon to 4 p.m., while the party workshop and lunch runs concurrently.
The opening cocktail party for exhibitors and attendees will take place on the show floor from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Monday.
Exhibits will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 23. That evening, a social event will take place at Top Golf, a sprawling entertainment venue with a high-tech driving range and swanky lounge with drinks and games, from 6:30 to 10 p.m.
Exhibits will be open again on Wednesday, Jan. 24, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Meanwhile, OSHA forklift operator training will be offered from 9 to 11 a.m.
The show is an excellent opportunity to network with fellow rental center owners and managers, attend industry-specific seminars coordinated by the Mid-Atlantic Tent Renters Association (MATRA), and best of all “kick the tires.” Show specials will be available to save you money.
