KASK recently introduced the ZENITH X2 FR Full Brim, expanding its ZENITH X2 helmet lineup with a model designed for utility professionals working in environments with arc flash hazards.
The helmet incorporates KASK's Adaptive Brim technology and features fire-resistant and flame-retardant materials throughout the shell, crown protection, inner padding and chinstrap.
The ZENITH X2 FR Full Brim meets ANSI Z89.1 Type II requirements and has been tested to ASTM F2621 for arc flash performance. It also meets key impact protection requirements under the EN 12492 standard.
The helmet features a high-density polypropylene shell and a dual-layer internal protection system designed to improve impact absorption while maintaining a lightweight fit. It is also compatible with hearing protection and is designed to withstand heat, cold and UV exposure.
