ADOT is injecting foam deep underneath the pavement as a way to smooth out dips on Arizona highways, including the Loop 101 Pima Freeway.

ADOT is injecting foam deep underneath the pavement as a way to smooth out dips on Arizona highways, including the Loop 101 Pima Freeway. This method is more cost efficient than ripping out old pavement, re-compacting the sub-grade, and placing new concrete or asphalt. More information: www.azdot.gov
