A three-component, long open time, cement/epoxy bonding adhesive and anti-corrosion rebar coating. SpecPrep SB offers up to a 24 hour open time and a structural bond for fresh concrete or repair mortars to existing concrete.

  • Provides an anti-corrosion, protective coating for steel rebar in concrete restoration
  • Will resist penetration of water and chlorides but will not form a vapor barrier after cure
