MainStreetChamber (MSC) Holdings, Inc. has entered a joint venture with Tellus Ecolution to create MSC Wellness Builders, a new initiative aimed at increasing availability of durable, high-performance building materials in the United States. The partnership highlights a growing focus on structural resilience, indoor air quality, and environmentally responsible construction.
At the center of this launch is Isotex, a European wood-cement block and floor slab system that has been used in more than 400,000 global projects. Now available in the U.S. through MSC Wellness Builders, Isotex products combine structural performance with insulation, fire resistance, and weather durability.
Key Characteristics of Isotex Materials:
- Fire Resistance: Rated for up to 120 minutes (without casting) and up to 6 hours (with casting)
- Seismic and Blast Resistance: Tested for use in high-risk structural environments
- Durability: Resistant to mold, moisture and pests
- Thermal and Acoustic Insulation: Designed for energy efficiency and noise control
- Sustainable Manufacturing: Produced using recycled wood chips and certified low-VOC inputs
Daniel Ferreira, Founder of Tellus Ecolution and Director of MSC Wellness Builders, noted that the availability of resilient building materials is increasingly important in response to climate-related risks across the U.S.
Beyond Isotex, the joint venture plans to support wholesale distribution and real estate development projects aligned with wellness-focused design. Its product portfolio also includes:
- OLTREMATERIA®: A water-based architectural coating system created for eco-friendly surfaces
- Glassfer: Manufacturer of tempered and laminated glass used in high-performance architectural projects
- Advance BioSense: Ceramic and porcelain tile that integrates antibacterial and air-purifying technology
MSC Wellness Builders is positioned to support a broader shift toward resilient and sustainable construction methods in both residential and commercial markets.
