MK-3000 Series of Concrete Saws

MK Diamond Products Inc. presents the MK-3000 series of concrete saws. They have been engineered to take advantage of the high horsepower V-twin air-cooled engines from Briggs and Stratton, Subaru and Kohler. They provide the cutting depth and power of traditional flat saws with all the advantages that a smaller, more maneuverable saw can provide.

• Fully self-propelled and use a manual depth feed due to their smaller size and weight
• Weighs only 650 lbs.
• Equipped with an electric start
• A self-contained transmission with forward travel speed of 0-220 FPM and 0-100 FPM for reverse
• The Briggs and Stratton Vanguard motor is a 35 hp big block OHV 35
• The 40 hp Subaru is V-twin cylinder EH-99
• The 38 hp Kohler is a Command Pro CH980
• All engine types are offered with a 20” blade guard and 7.5” depth of cut, 26” blade guard and 10.5” depth of cut and a 30” blade size with a 12.5” depth of cut
• Solid steel handlebars offer three position adjustments
• A wide front wheelbase increases stability and allows ramp loading/unloading
• Front and rear pivot system to allow for easy maneuvering
• The blade shaft has heavy-duty bearings that allow for easy access and maintenance
• The engine is mounted slightly behind the blade shaft for improved weight distribution and balance
