R.W. Beckett Corporation has integrated burner diagnostics into mobile equipment telematics used in construction heating, concrete curing and ground thaw applications.
The system connects Beckett’s GeniSys 7565 and 7585 burner controls with Xtellio’s Pro Xentral – Heat IQ platform, allowing contractors and rental providers to monitor equipment remotely. Users can access fault codes, run hours and system status without visiting the jobsite.
The telematics module transmits real-time data from compatible equipment, helping teams identify issues and reduce downtime.
The controls are designed to support a range of fuel types, including biofuels, and can also connect with Beckett’s mobile app for additional monitoring and troubleshooting.
