Bluebeam has launched two new integrations with Procore aimed at streamlining collaboration and reducing document management challenges across construction projects.
The new Procore Documents + Bluebeam integration allows users to add markups directly to files stored in Procore, with updates automatically saved back to ensure teams work from the latest version. Files can also be imported into Bluebeam Studio Sessions for real-time, multi-user reviews.
The Procore Submittals + Bluebeam integration connects Bluebeam’s markup tools with Procore’s submittal workflows, enabling teams to review submittal PDFs collaboratively in Studio Sessions and automatically return marked-up documents to Procore, maintaining a full audit trail.
Bluebeam says these updates are part of a broader strategy to expand connectivity across industry platforms and drive digital transformation in construction. Other Nemetschek Group brands are also enhancing Procore connectivity, including:
- Solibri: Cloud-based BIM model checking and issue management.
- GoCanvas & SiteDocs: Mobile data collection, safety management, and compliance tracking.
- dRofus: Visualization of BIM project data within Novorender’s 3D environment, with direct integration into Procore.
By expanding integration options, Bluebeam and Procore aim to give project teams more efficient, connected workflows that cut down on manual steps and keep everyone working from the same information.
