Krane, an AI platform designed for construction supply chains, has launched Krane Procurement, a new module designed to manage sourcing, purchasing and material coordination from request for proposal (RFP) through delivery.
The tool expands the company’s platform to support general contractors, owners and subcontractors with a one-stop system for procurement workflows across a project’s lifespan.
Krane Procurement is designed to address fragmented processes often spread across emails, spreadsheets and multiple systems. It’s meant to centralize procurement data, helping teams track materials, coordinate deliveries and align purchasing with project timelines.
The release comes as supply chain challenges continue to impact construction, with many projects facing delays and rising material costs. The platform is intended to improve visibility into procurement activity and reduce coordination gaps between stakeholders.
Krane Procurement is designed to integrate with existing workflows and tools, allowing teams to adopt it without requiring full participation from all suppliers.
