Novara has introduced Form Agent, a new AI capability within its Flex platform that converts paper forms, PDFs and scanned documents into digital environment, health and safety (EHS) workflows.
The tool is designed to reduce the time required to digitize safety inspections, compliance checklists and corrective action forms, helping contractors and organizations create standardized workflows more quickly across multiple jobsites.
According to the company, Form Agent uses AI to identify form fields, checkboxes, dates, signatures and other elements before automatically generating a digital version compatible with the Flex platform. Users can also refine forms using natural language prompts and review AI-generated content through side-by-side comparisons before deployment.
Form Agent is designed specifically for EHS applications, including safety inspections, incident reporting and compliance documentation, with the goal of reducing administrative work while improving consistency across field operations.
