Vermeer has introduced VermeerOne, a digital platform designed to help equipment owners better manage, monitor and maintain their Vermeer machines. The new system brings together tools and resources previously spread across separate systems, offering a single place to access everything from machine manuals to maintenance tracking.

The platform replaces both the current portal and system, combining them into one streamlined interface. It supports both connected and non-connected equipment and offers tools tailored to different machine types and configurations.

Core Tools for All Vermeer Equipment

Regardless of connectivity, VermeerOne gives equipment owners centralized access to key information and support resources, including:

  • Operator, maintenance and parts manuals
  • Equipment registration and build specifications
  • Warranty policy details
  • Fleet management
  • Standard planned maintenance intervals
  • Dealer contact information
  • Team access management tools

For those enrolled in Vermeer’s Confidence Plus asset protection program, the platform offers additional visibility into service schedules, purchase history and other program-specific details.

Integration with Telematics for Connected Equipment

Machines equipped with telematics hardware get even more functionality through the integrated Vermeer Fleet tool, included with VermeerOne. The Base Fleet level, available at no extra cost, includes:

  • Real-time machine location tracking
  • Machine hours monitoring
  • Operational status updates
  • Fault code reporting
  • Geofencing capabilities

This integration enables real-time coordination between equipment, owners and dealers, helping teams respond to issues quickly and track machine performance.

Advanced Features with Premium Fleet

For operations that need deeper insights and analytics, VermeerOne also offers a Premium Fleet subscription. This adds more robust capabilities on top of the Base Fleet features:

  • Machine location history
  • Machine geofencing capabilities
  • Machine fuel usage monitoring
  • Product line performance data
  • Fleet-level utilization metrics
  • Start and stop average times tracking
  • Historical and full fault code history
  • Asset tracking capabilities
  • Notifications for when a machine has moved more than a certain distance within a set time

Premium subscribers gain access to a dashboard that helps evaluate both individual machines and the fleet, with detailed reports and API integration to tie machine data into other business platforms.
