Doosan Announces Tier 4 Line-up at CONEXPO-CON/AGG

The Doosan Tier 4 line-up kicks off with the launch of the DX63-3, DX350LC-5 and DX490LC-5 excavators, the DL420-5 wheel loader and the DA40-4 articulated dump truck. These models will fully launch into the North American market in late Q2 2014, but they are being unveiled at CONEXPO-CON/AGG.

Another addition to the Doosan line is material handler models. Three new material handlers will launch in Q2 and Q3 of 2014 – the DX210WMH-3, DX225MH-3 and DX300MH-3. Attachments available for all models include a four-tine orange peel grapple and a generator/magnet.

All models above 75 hp in the Tier 4 family will incorporate Cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (CEGR) and Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR) using Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF). They will also include a redesigned telematics system — a complete machine maintenance management strategy that can reduce operating costs and comes standard with the purchase of a Doosan machine.
