HiPower Systems, a manufacturer of power generation and power distribution equipment in the U.S. and Canada, has announced it has added three new video tutorials to its Hipower University and HiPower Systems YouTube Channel. The three videos provide valuable instruction on natural gas generator operation and troubleshooting, as well as a tutorial on operating dual fuel generators.
“In these new videos, HiPower Systems’ experts delve into three topics our resellers, distributors and customers frequently ask us about,” said HiPower Systems President Rafael Acosta. “We find that providing this information via YouTube is a fast, easy way to equip both customers and partners with the information they need.”
- How to Start Natural Gas Generators covers the proper procedures for starting and stopping HIPOWER SYSTEMS’ gaseous generator sets.
- Troubleshooting Natural Gas Generators provides valuable information on diagnosing the problems that can prevent proper start and operation of HIPOWER SYSTEMS generators.
- Dual Fuel Generators offers a tutorial on the operation of dual fuel generators, which can switch automatically between two fuel sources even when the generator is running on load. The tutorial covers HIPOWER SYSTEMS generators configured to run on both natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) fuel.
The HiPower Systems Channel houses more than two dozen videos, from tutorials on load banking generators, paralleling rental generators and more, to reports on recent company trade show appearances and distributor and customer events. With nearly 4,000 views, the HiPower Systems tutorial, “Deep Sea Control Panel: Software Download and Remote Monitoring” remains the firm’s most popular title. Numerous additional titles, including one on generator sizing and another on configuring and connecting a Deep Sea controller, have surpassed 1,000 views.
The HiPower Systems YouTube channel is just one facet of the company’s HiPower University training program, which also includes online technical instruction available on the company’s website and in-person generator, engine and systems training, both at the factory and in the field.
