Joint Venture M+W Gilbane Picked to Lead Wisconsin's Foxconn Manufacturing Center Project

Work on hiring construction workers for phase one is expected to start within 60 days

Foxconn has selected the joint venture M+G Gilbane to serve as construction manager for its new $10 billion manufacturing center in Wisconsin. M+G Gilbane is comprised of Milwaukee builder Gilbane Building Company and M+W Group. M+W Gilbane is expected to begin issuing bid requests in the next several weeks.

In addition, CH2M Companies to provide engineering and architecture services for the Foxconn project. The Sigma Group will provide environmental consulting and engineering services for permitting, planning and site design.
