VMAC Named Finalist In Canada’s Best Managed Companies

VMAC has been named a finalist in Canada’s Best Managed Companies for 2019. This prestigious business awards program was established in 1993 and recognizes Canadian owned and managed companies for their management and organization’s strategy, vision and accomplishments.

Each year hundreds of Canadian companies submit comprehensive applications but only a select group of companies are named finalists. Applicants undergo a rigorous and independent evaluation of their management’s strength, including strategy, capability, commitment and return on investment. Regional economic conditions and industry trends are also carefully considered in the judging criteria.

The winners of Canada’s Best Managed Companies will be announced publicly in March in Maclean’s and La Presse media outlets. Canada’s Best Managed winners will celebrate at the National Best Managed Symposium and Gala in Toronto April 2019.

This announcement comes after VMAC was awarded Industrial Manufacturer Business of the Year at the 2018 Business Excellence Awards. VMAC was also recently recognized by Finning, the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer, as the 2017 Innovative Solutions Supplier of the Year.
