Rouse Analytics Integrates with CDK Global

Rouse Analytics and CDK Global Heavy Equipment (CDK) have completed development of an interface that will allow users of CDK’s software to more easily submit their data to Rouse Analytics Rental Metrics Benchmark Service.

Rouse Analytics, Beverly Hills, CA, and CDK Global Heavy Equipment (CDK), Hoffman Estates, IL, have completed development of an interface that will allow users of CDK’s software to more easily submit their data to Rouse Analytics Rental Metrics Benchmark Service

CDK is an ARA Rental Market Metrics certified software company. As a result of the integration with Rouse Analytics, CDK’s users will now be able to compare their rental rates, utilization and other key performance metrics to their local market competitors.

“We are excited to announce the completion of our integration with CDK.  We look forward to providing their dealers with visibility into rental rates and market conditions,” said Phil Mause, managing director, Rouse Analytics.

“We know how critical optimizing rental operations is to our dealers and are delighted to partner with Rouse Analytics to provide actionable data and help drive a competitive edge in their local market place,” said David Mitchell, director, CDK Global Heavy Equipment.

Through its Rental Metrics Benchmark Service, Rouse Analytics collects invoice-level transaction data and nightly fleet snapshots from participating rental companies and reports industry benchmarks for rental rates, physical utilization, dollar utilization, fleet age, and other key performance metrics at a local market level.

Participating rental companies and dealers receive an initial comparison of their rental rates and utilization to local market benchmarks at no charge and then have the option to purchase detailed reporting on an ongoing basis.  Rouse Analytics will be exhibiting at The Rental Show 2016 scheduled for Feb. 21-24 in Atlanta in Booth No. 2810, adjacent to the American Rental Association’s ARA Resource Center, Booth No. 2515.
