Every year, our annual Renters' Review feature takes us to a new outlet to rent a machine, use it and report on the rental experience. This year, we rented a Bobcat E35 compact excavator to dig a pond in a residential yard and the results were interesting.
While customer service was friendly and the machine performed perfectly, the rental company could have done some things differently for a top grade.
