Precon Waterproofing Membrane

Precon is a blindside and underslab membrane that offers waterproofing and vaporproofing protection.  This composite sheet membrane is comprised of a non-woven fabric, elastomeric membrane and W.R. Meadow's patented plasmatic core - a seven-layer matrix that provides the lowest water vapor transmission rating on the market.
