UK-based software developer jobmate will launch jobsafe, a new workplace incident reporting app, at the FORS Annual Conference.

Designed for field-based environments, jobsafe enables workers to quickly log accidents, near misses and hazards through a mobile interface. Users can take photos, collect witness statements, and capture digital signatures in real time, creating a complete, time-stamped record of each event.

The app categorizes incidents by type — from slips and spills to collisions and equipment damage — and includes a dashboard for managers to track and analyze reports. Data can be exported in CSV format for integration with existing compliance systems.

“jobsafe was developed in response to customer demand for a fast, intuitive way to manage workplace incidents,” said Chris Dalton, jobmate CEO and founder. “It helps businesses demonstrate due diligence, respond quickly to events, and improve safety outcomes.”
