Oracle has announced the availability of Oracle Construction and Engineering Advisor for Safety, an AI-based tool designed to help contractors predict and reduce jobsite risks.
The platform uses a prebuilt safety model trained on data representing more than 10,000 project-years, allowing contractors to generate safety insights without extensive model development.
Advisor for Safety provides weekly risk forecasts, highlighting higher-risk projects and recommending mitigation actions such as increased supervision or targeted safety measures. The system is designed to shift safety management from reactive reporting to proactive planning.
Oracle also introduced an observation feature within Oracle Aconex and Oracle Primavera Unifier to standardize safety data collection. The feature allows field teams to capture structured safety observations using mobile devices or web applications.
The platform aggregates data from multiple sources, including safety reports, payroll and project schedules, to support cross-project analysis and improve prediction accuracy over time.
