Linxup has partnered with Applause to connect driver safety data with technician performance and incentive programs.
The integration feeds driving data — such as speeding, braking and phone use — into a mobile scorecard alongside operational metrics and customer feedback. The goal is to give contractors a clearer view of technician performance and automate recognition and rewards.
The companies said many construction and service businesses lack structured incentive programs, even as labor shortages and retention challenges persist. By linking safety and performance data, the system is designed to encourage safer driving and improve workforce engagement.
Early users have reported improvements in safety scores, along with reduced turnover and fewer callbacks. The integration is available for Linxup customers using supported field service platforms.
