Mach showcased its autonomous equipment platform at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, highlighting a shift toward scalable automation in construction.
The system is designed to integrate with existing machines through a standardized interface, allowing manufacturers to deploy autonomous features without redesigning core equipment.
A key update is the Perception 3 vision system, which adds increased on-board processing power and improved hazard detection. The platform uses stereo cameras and AI models to identify workers, equipment and jobsite risks in real time, including in low-light conditions. It is built for rugged environments with a sealed, fanless design.
Mach also introduced Mach Pilot, a remote control interface that enables operators to manage machines and stop equipment if needed. The system includes long-range connectivity, replaceable batteries and an emergency stop function.
The company said the technology is aimed at improving safety and supporting broader adoption of autonomous equipment on jobsites.
