
Genie has launched Genie 360, a digital platform designed to streamline equipment ownership, fleet management and service support.
The platform brings together tools for telematics, fleet monitoring, technical support, training and warranty management into a single digital ecosystem. New features include machine-specific QR codes linked to equipment information, a multilingual AI-powered support assistant, an integrated warranty management system and a fleet dashboard within the myGenieLift portal.
Genie 360 also incorporates existing tools such as Genie Lift Connect telematics, the Tech Pro learning platform, Visual Remote Assistant and the company's customer support center.
According to Genie, the platform is intended to help equipment owners and service teams access information more quickly, simplify maintenance workflows and reduce equipment downtime.
