Bridgit has expanded its workforce planning platform with new capabilities designed specifically for specialty contractors.
The update introduces Labor Forecasting and Crew Management tools aimed at helping contractors better plan labor needs, allocate crews and manage workforce demands across multiple projects.
The Labor Forecasting feature allows contractors to visualize labor demand over the life of a project and compare anticipated staffing needs against planned assignments. Crew Management enables users to move entire crews between projects and provides AI-assisted recommendations for filling staffing gaps.
Bridgit's platform is used by general contractors, self-perform contractors and specialty trades to support workforce planning and resource management efforts.
