Buildots has introduced Buildots Field, a platform that combines workforce, safety and logistics data with its construction progress tracking technology to provide contractors with a broader view of project productivity. The platform incorporates capabilities from Genda, which Buildots acquired in 2025. A fully integrated Buildots Field app is expected to be generally available in the fourth quarter of 2026, with pre-sales now open.
According to the company, the platform is designed to help project teams connect workforce activity with construction progress to identify productivity gaps, improve trade coordination and manage safety and site logistics. The integrated app will provide project leaders with real-time workforce and progress data, while project operations teams and trade contractors can use digital tools to manage daily coordination, logistics and safety.
Buildots said combining workforce and progress data is intended to reduce reliance on phone calls, text messages and paper records while providing contractors with greater visibility into jobsite performance and project execution.
