Listen to this Digging Deeper podcast to hear how Chevron's new Delo 600 ADF diesel oil will extend DPF life and cleaning.

Chevron's Dan Holdmeyer, Industrial Segment Manager, says the company's new product has .4% sulfated ash vs typical CK4 oil today that is up to about 1% sulfated ash. By doing that Chevron is putting 60% less ash into the DPF content.

According to Chevron, Delo 600 ADF 10W-30 helps to keep rings clean and free for maximum combustion pressure and to provide minimal wear. It minimizes valve and piston crown land deposits, thus managing oil consumption. Its high level of ashless dispersants keeps fuel soot in suspension and thus helps to avoid oil filter plugging, heavy cylinder head sludge, abrasive polishing wear, high viscosity increase, oil gelling, and minimizes the risk of valve train wear.
